The success of our organization rests firmly in the hands of our parents and volunteers. Never before has the need for volunteers been more important to our organization. Any help or time you can give is welcomed!

NO PREVIOUS experience is necessary. We have training and resources available to help in all aspects for our volunteers.

TACKLE COACH/ASSISTANT COACH: (Grades 2nd - 6th):

Develop, encourage and teach the game of football while fostering a positive environment focusing on teamwork and personal skills development.

FLAG COACH / ASSISTANT COACH: (Grades K & 1st):

Introducing the game of football by teaching the basic fundamentals while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun!

BOARD OF DIRECTOR ROLES AND OPENINGS:

The goal of the Colts Athletics Club organization is to provide a positive player/parent experience through youth athletics.

Running a successful organization requires hard work and dedication. To keep matter running efficiently, a structure needs to be established that allows the right people to fill the right roles.

The Board of Directors meets live periodically during the season to align on decisions and objectives.

VICE PRESIDENT

Supports the President by communicating and leading key initiatives that impacts our teams and organization.

SECRETARY

Supports the scheduling, agenda, and meeting communications for the Board of Directors.

FLAG FOOTBALL DIRECTOR (K1 Teams)

Leads the communication and management of our Flag Program. Supports the Flag coaches and teams in making sure all gear, playbooks, communications and player/parent experience is being met.

FUNDRAISING/SPONSORSHIPS (2-3)

Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in gift giving.

Effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors on the benefits of youth sports in the community.
